A steadier way of being — with yourself, and with the people you love.
For women and families who want a different way of moving through life together.
Something in you is asking for attention. This is a place to give it some.
Maybe it's a feeling you haven't quite been able to name — a low hum of disconnection, a tension in a relationship, a sense of being stretched so thin that you've lost track of yourself somewhere in the middle of it all.
Maybe something specific has shifted, and you're in the middle of figuring out what it means.
I work with women and families in these moments. Through coaching, courses, and ceremony, I offer a steady, grounded space to slow down, understand what's present, and move forward with more clarity — and more trust in yourself.
I am happy you are here.
There's rarely one clear reason why you arrive.
Sometimes it shows up as overwhelm — too many roles, too little space, no moment to set anything down. Sometimes it's quieter: a relationship with your child that feels more strained than it used to, a version of yourself you've drifted from, a nagging sense that the way things are moving isn't quite how you want them to be.
These experiences can be subtle or very present. They don't have to be dramatic to deserve attention.
What most women share when they arrive is this: they're ready to look honestly at what's happening — and to find a different way of moving through it.
Morning Meditations
Every Tuesday morning at 8:30am PST, I'll be offering a short, guided meditation on Zoom. A few quiet minutes to arrive in the day with a little more presence — before the demands of the day begin, or shortly thereafter.
You'll need to register in advance to receive the link to join, but once you register you'll be able to use the same link every Tuesday.
Come in your pajamas. Bring your coffee. Sit on the floor or even the car. Let yourself be met by something steady before the day asks more of you.
I'd love for you to join me.
